Christmas came early for Leth’ukukhanya Care Centre
Leth’ukukhanya Care Centre registered with the Department of Social Development in 2013, is a Greenhouse facility which can accommodate forty (40) vulnerable, destitute or orphaned children, with the assistance of four (4) full-time live-in caregivers.
Lead SA is a personal call to every person to make a difference. We all have a responsibility to make the world a better place. It could be as simple as making a stranger smile or as big as fighting to further the rights entrenched in our Constitution. Each act makes a difference.
Stratum Cares in partnership with LeadSA recently awarded Simphiwe Mnisi the co-founder of Leth’ukukhanya Care Centre with an astonishing cheque, for R 35 000.00 for being selected the LeadSA hero in the month June
But Stratum Cares didn’t stop there….
While visiting the well-kept, spotless, loving Leth’ukukhanya Care Centre, we decided to donate a further 40 full bedding sets, pillows and 80 fitted sheets, to ensure the children get a good night sleep so they are always well rested to take on the world.
A word from Leth’ukukhanya Care Centre
Stratum Cares lit our light with the generous beautiful linen bedding that you donated to the home, you’ve made our home very warm, bright and beautiful. Thank you that the children won’t have to sleep on top of mattress covered in plastic, now they can have a peaceful and comfortable sleep.
Your time, effort and love have had a great impact and will never go unnoticed. We are very proud and honoured to be associated with such a well-established and high calibre organization. Thank you for believing in the vision and showing us love.
Our kids are proud to be raised by the whole nation and will grow up to be people of great impact in our community because you decided to make a difference in their lives. Let us continue to build our children together.
